    I visited this store for issues with my Ipad not charging. I was told that it would need a new battery that would cost $100. I went home and researched and found I could solve the problem by buying a higher watt charger. I spent $15 not the hundred dollars they suggested. Be Careful with their advise!

    Customer service here is a hit or miss. On my recent adventure here, I waited in line for about 2 and a half hours to purchase the new iPhone. I understood the wait because it was the opening weekend sale. Anyways, I was so excited to get my new phone and it was my birthday. When I finally got helped the lady who assisted me was very nonchalant. She did not seem very pleasant and just wanted to rush me thru the whole transaction. I understand sales people can have bad days but leave that at home. She had the nerve to try to offer me Applecare after the horrible customer service. I politely declined but I actually got insurance thru my carrier instead. So, Apple, you lost out on that. Maybe if she didn't have such a bad attitude I would have given Applecare more thought. She did not deserve to get that sale. I really wish I would've gotten a nicer, friendlier person to assist me.

    getting hold of a an employee was extremely difficult, the first conversation with a sales store specialist was rudely interrupted by another one! Another specialist did not answer a simple hi! and turned to a kid next to him who was playing with an iPad! Third specialist asked to sign up with someone after which I had to wait like an eternity even though there were free specialists around! Regret spending so much money on a company which disrespects their customers!
