  Maggie/Maggy - the one who answered the phone at this location today, Jan. 18, you are the reason I am writing this review, still upset and frustrated with your services. I called to ask for help in the status of our order - more than $3k worth of appliances - and all you could say was "there's nothing we can do." I informed you we were told that we needed to switch out the gas dryer for an electric one and your condescending response was, yet again, "there's nothing we can do over the phone. you have to go to the store and make the switch." You really shouldn't be answering phones or talking to customers for a living. Because of your attitude, the tone of the rest of my day left an appalling taste in my mouth. This part is the delivery and the way this store handled the situation. First of all, their delivery window is noon to 4 pm. 4 hours without any updates received even during the day of the delivery. My account updated the estimated delivery time 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive - and 3 hours after my husband had already been waiting since noon. I am also disappointed with their status update - calling us at the time of the delivery saying they are still 10-15 minutes out. However, the third party delivery company was more accommodating than Best Buy ever was. The company at least got back to us and apologized for the inconvenience. Best Buy was just dismissive and this showed their true, upsetting colors - at least the people we talked to at the Natomas store. Truly upsetting and disappointing. If we could cancel this transaction, we would in a heartbeat.

  Mike in the car audio is awesome . honest and does a good job and will fix anything that comes loose as we know sometimes cars have a mind of their own. Thank you .
