  Horrible, is the best way to describe my experience. I walked in, and the associate (tall male) greeted me with "go ahead ". After I waited a few minutes I observed him greeting others with a friendly "Hi, how are you today?". After he observed me waiting he then said "Was there anything you needed?". I responded, and he led me to a product that I couldn't even fit in, and was extremely embarrassed. My legs/thigs were too thick. I believe my experience would have been more positive if I would have received a friendly welcome, and if the employee was knowledgeable of the products that match my needs. I am working out 5 times a week, and all I needed was a massager that would help ease the pain in my legs and ankles after a workout. Horrible service, unfortunately. Good luck shoppers!!
