  Rude customer service and staff one in particular was a women with purple hair whom we asked a simple question for help and gave us a rude unnecessary answer didn’t make me feel very welcomed to that store

  Order items over the weekend. They went out early on Monday, and I had them late Wednesday. So real quick response. I appreciated since was a gift that I needed before the next weekend. Item was a knife cover (guard) for a chef knife. Marked Mercer. Was high quality. Will likely get some more.
