  Legit changed your damn time. It says it’s open till 10, but we come and it’s actually closed at 9. You’re confusing many people. So please fixed that. Thank you. It’s really irritating.

  Honestly, Heather needs some classes in customer service and how to talk. If your customer is approaching you nicely for help, why would you disrespectfully tell them to go somewhere else when you're next to the station to help. If your busy (clearly was not) why don't you ask someone else to assist your customer or nicely let them know someone can assist them. Bad customer services.
