  Had a great experience with Double Dex replacing a cracked Retina display on my MBP. This was my first time doing any aftermarket repairs and had no idea what to expect. I did research on some local competitors and few shops in Silicon Valley -- Double Dex's price was far and away the best (25-40% cheaper)! Fast and friendly service has me back to work with a gently used, discount screen. Will definitely be back for any future repairs or new Mac purchases.

  I bought a computer from this company through Amazon last year. We had a couple issues with it including the DVD drive was jammed and we saw the Rainbow circle a lot more than we would’ve liked, but we didn’t contact them within the first 30 days. The computer got worse and finally after a year of dealing with it I contacted the company. They extended their six month at cost warrantee for me so I sent them my computer to check out. At first they gave me a quote to fix it but after more discussion they offered another option that might fix our issue. They ended up fixing my computer and replacing the DVD drive for free! Now we have our computer back and it works like a dream. They were very easy to deal with and very kind to fix our computer at no cost to us. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
