  Went into Men's department to look for a vest, But there wasn't a single sales associate to be seen anywhere !! So I tried to call the store and found that there's NO choice to speak to Men's dept. and when I tried to get store operator I got a message saying that there isn't one available and then it hung up on me, TWICE !!

  I received excellent customer service. My transaction was handled in a timely manner. The retail clerk was very efficient and helpful with all my questions. I went twice today to this location and both times I had a great experience.
