  Best experience I had from all the big bridal stores in Sacramento! Olivia is amazing and knowledgeable, she gives her own professional opinion and also understands your own opinion and works around that. She's not pushy and doesn't act like she's pressed for time if anything. She gives as much time and options as desired. The store is amazing and the prices where much lower than I thought they would be when just coming in. I found my dress here and I would say this should be the first stop when looking for a dress and most likely might be the last.

  I ordered a wedding dress through La Soie Bridal and upon arrival the dress had missing rinestoned towardsthe bak which was obvious. I advised the sales lady of the defect and what she did was cut out rinetones from another dress and placed it a blastic for me to add. I purchased this dress and paid well over 2000.00. She stated she did not control of the manufacture defects but she does have control over the customer experience and this is suppose to be a professional place that guarantee their products. She refused to have the alter lady fix the damage even though i paid full price and expected good quality for. My wedding dress came damaged. I felt cheated by the experience and would not recommend them.

  I really believe this store is great! The selection is awesome and more affordable than I expected since it's so fancy looking that it can definetely be even a little intimidating. However, the most remarkable was the costumer service. Katerina Toulopoulos was so great! She made me to try many dresses and always with such a positive energy! She mentioned somehting very wise, "I want you not to leave the store thinking you would have liked to try something else." Any bride appreciates that. I was so thankful to find a store with such a nice environment and a devoted assistance to find my dress. I got there without expecting I would find the one and La Soie Bridal surprised me! I wish brides to live the same wonderful experience.
