  In Jr..A young black lady...( I'm black also)..was rude.. Also up stairs next to the lady restroom... In the corner.. (a woman's dept).. I think its impulse.. Two women never ask said a word to me.. I was in line for about 15min...they never said I will be right with you... Terrible service... The dept thats near the lady's restroom...

  This store really made an impact on me, there were people everywhere for Christmas shopping, I was expecting long lines and rude employees, but it was the complete opposite, as many people as they had in the store I was nicely greeted by an employee who had no one on his line and took care of me with good customer service. One of the very few stores I still see good customer care, not to mention the great merchandise they carry.
