  Sub-par customer service. 1) We were ignored for first 15 minutes of our visit. Not even a "Welcome to the store, we'll be with you shortly." 2) Witnessed an employee standing around talking to another employee, walk over to a ringing phone, silence it, and go back to chatting. 3) Called to make sure tailoring was completed on due date, and phone rang 15+ times before being disconnected. No voicemail, just disconnected. Redialed and it was answered after 3-4 rings this time. Manager (has a shaved head) was nice and helpful, but very busy, and we were able to get what we needed so I give 2 stars, but overall was not too impressed with my experience. Glad it's more of a special-occasion type of store, and I don't have to frequent it often.
