  I have been a loyal customer to Michael Kors for over 6 years now. I decided to purchase the Black Cross-Body this last time around and once I got home I decided it was too small. I had to go out of the country for work but the day I arrived home I took it back to the store to return (I was still within the 30-day time frame). I was given a snotty, condescending attitude by the sales lady and told that the purse was "used," I explained that can't be possible since I was out of town for work and it had been sitting in my closet since. She didn't even pretend to care or listen and simply said: "sorry there is nothing we can do." I was beside myself in shock, what kind of company policy is that?! Especially for a high-end purse store. I have never been treated with such disrespect by any other name-brand stores and I shop them all. I asked if I could exchange the unused bag for a bigger bag and pay the difference and was snubbed completely. I really love MK but this experience left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back... EVER. I want to share this experience with current customers or potential customers so that you know what you are in for if you decide to purchase from here. PS: The sales lady asked if I wanted to wear the store out upon purchase and I said: “yeah. I am sure I will wear it soon anyway,” she then happily cut my tags, and put my purse in the bag and I left. Do not EVER let them do that. That was a ploy to make it so that I would not be able to return the bag. So extremely manipulative, I feel sick to my stomach from this experience. Never Again MK, never again.
