  Nice bed but customer service sucks. I bought my bed at the SAHBA Home and Patio Show in Tucson, March 28, 2014. I've tried contacting the guys I bought the bed from and the Rest & Relax store. Never an answer to the phone calls or the four messages I've left. I bought a California King Split adjustable bed. It was missing the foot bar on one side which they promised to mail me and also wrote that on my invoice. Without the foot bar the mattress slips down when the back is raised. The Rest and Relax guys, David and John, were nice and courteous at the show, but once they got my money that was the end of that.
