  For some reason I'm never able to pick up my prescription on time. My Dr called me and told me that she's going to put in the order so it should be ready by the time I get out from school. NOTE she called me at 8AM. I go at 7pm to pick up my meds and they tell me it's going to be a 15 minute wait since they're working on it. I was like umm okay I guess. I was only able to get one of two meds cause the second one needed to be ordered. SO the guy tells me it should be ready the next day by 12pm. Next day I go and pick up, but again they tell me it isn't read until 4pm when I was told it should be done by 12pm. HONESTLY what was the point of putting in the order early when it wasn't going to get worked on until I actually got there to pick it up? I understand that it gets busy with lots of other patients but they had plenty of time.

  The security guard seems to follow you which makes us feel very uncomfortable like we're being judged. Also I tried to return a couple items and they seem to never have any gift cards. I've been there 5/6 times to check if they gave giftcards yet. And so far they don't. I don't know what to make if this.
