  I can say that this business is an honest one. I will definitely return. I brought my 70-inch pearl necklace in to be restrung. The owner let me know that my necklace did not actually need to be restrung yet. He said that the pearls still felt tight between their knots. Also, what I thought was a fray in the necklace was actually where the finishing knot was tied off. I can now happily wear my necklace again! And I didn't have to pay a dime. PS - Yes, if you are wondering. I'm the type of person that wears a 70-inch pearl necklace frequently.
