  It was like dealing with my long lost best friend. Sincerely a fantastic company with some of the best customer service I've ever seen! For example, I had ordered some shelving- not a large order. They took the time to email me on their day off to advise that the office was closed on President's Day and even responded to a question I had on that same day. Follow up was incredible and the product was a great value. If I could give more than 100% rating I would- but seriously you won't find much better when it comes to product and service.

  I was helped by Neil and Jim in the office and Max loaded the equipment in the truck and on my trailer. These guys were extremely friendly and helpful. Their knowledge was exceptional and very eager to assist me in any way they could. I would highly recommend this business for all your storage racks, pallet jacks, and forklift needs. They have both Propane and electric forklifts. They also refurbish, and sell at a lower cost, forklifts they have refurbished if you need a forklift but don't want to pay for a new one. Stop by and check out their inventory and pricing, you'll be glad you did.

  It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there that see it as a privilege to serve their customers. From the first contact, up to the point I said goodbye, I genuinely got the feeling that these people cared about me, cared about my business, and were motivated and excited to help me out. I’m very excited to work with such a fine organization and will be sending anyone I know who needs racks, shelving, forklifts etc their way. Great job!!!
