  I have had a terrible experience with Shay at Shay's Diamonds. I wired money to Shay on 4/11/14. We had an agreement that she was going to send me a diamond ring by 4/14/14. The second the wire transfer went through Shay was no place to be found. She went from texting me consistently to not responding to my calls, texts or emails. I had to file a police report and was finally able to reach her on 4/25/14 after getting the police involved. She refuses to live up to our agreement and refuses to refund my money. I have been called names like Nut Case and told that I am harassing her when I've simply asked for the product she promised or a refund of my money. I refuse to do business with someone who behaves in this manner and it is my opinion that this company should be avoided.
