  Howe sprint is better than the Fairfield sprint. The responses I've always got from there was "there's nothing we could do for you" call the call center then they referred me back to the store." Fairfield has refused to assist me for 7-8 times. Only advised me to call the cooperate call center. Very poor customer service & not friendly at all, talks with bad attitude. I've been a member for almost 1yr. I only get to use my phone about 6 mos out of the year because sending back & forth for defects. I got the run around to different location & called all kind of #s. I had to sent in my phones to get any services (LG-6). such a hassle. Each time takes 2-3 wks to get it back. All my contacts & other stuff was wiped out, completely deleted. The team player is not playing well. Many times, other staff are available and they would just sit there doing nothing. I think they should all jump in to assist the front representatives. I've worked in customer services for over 30 yrs. I've never ignored or give people attitudes. Making customer customers wait a long time is ridiculous. I'm ready to switch to Verizon before my contract is over. Is very sad to go through such a bad experiences.
