If pest issues arise in between regularly scheduled quarterly services, the technicians will respond within a reasonable timeframe to address the issue at hand. My tenants and their respective techs assigned to their address have each others' contact info that eliminates the need for me to act as the go-between for services appt or pest-related issues that need attention. If i need to get involved, my tenants are quick to advise if my intervention is required.
