  Torrid's staff is friendly & helpful. They also have slightly bigger sizes than Lane Bryant (including underwear up to their 5X.) Like normally, the higher the size the less options available... But they have more online options w/ free shipping for in store pick-ups. I also like that you can return items at the store... But they won't take options if it's not a style they normally carry (& like all stores underwear -even if obviously not tried on- & clearance items can't be returned.) Despite limitations on what they can do, they try hard to do everything that they Can Do.
