  After reading excellent previous reviews, we decided to choose Tuxedo Den for the tuxedo rentals for my husband (the groom), groomsmen, officiant, and ring bearers. All of the bridal party immediately went to get measured and pay their deposits. When the sample tuxedo came in it was the wrong color than what we selected and incorrect sizes. So to our knowledge it was corrected, when we went back two days prior to the wedding still the wrong color and still the incorrect sizes. We were then told that is why they have the rental pick-up 2 days prior to the event; however, we were told it was already corrected in our sample visit. Then the following day, one day prior to the wedding they did not have my husband's tuxedo coat and vest available and they were to deliver it to us the day of the wedding. They delivered his tuxedo coat and vest one hour before he was to walk down the aisle. They put us through enough stress, I would highly NOT recommend Tuxedo Den!

  We are getting married on Saturday 5 hours from Sacramento. The only thing stopping my fiancee from coming to the destination Thursday morning was that the suits would not be ready until 4 pm on Thursday. He called and 2 of our groomsmen called and were all told that there was no way the suits would be ready early. My fiancee showed up at 430 to pick up the suits and head out. They weren't ready. Then 4 pair's of shoes were missing. I called and spoke with the manager at 615pm who blatantly lied to me and told me he hadn't gotten there until 545 and hadn't been waiting long and it was our fault the shoes were missing because the suits had been ready for days and no one came and picked them up so they were sent back. She said she was doing us a personal favor by driving to get the shoes and save us time. Then they called my fiancee at 650 to say the shoes were there and the suits were ready. My fiancee got there and they were still packaging things up. He didn't get out of there until 8pm. 4 hours late. And too late to drive to our destination so he will be coming Friday morning and I will have to do all of the last minute errands and whatnot myself. Thanks Tuxedo Den. I will be calling first thing in the morning to speak with a different manager. I will update this if anything positive is done to compensate us for the stress and time wasted.
